1. Tour / Services Selection

   • The client selects the type of tour and any additional services (scooter, accommodation, meals, activities).

   • A personalized quote is generated based on the chosen options.

2. Reservation Request

   • The reservation must be requested via the form, email, or phone.

   • You will receive an email with all details and the final price.

3. Confirmation and Payment

   • The reservation is only valid after our confirmation.

   • Payment must be made at least 10 days before the start date of the tour.

   • Unpaid bookings within this period may be cancelled.

4. Tour Preparation

   • After confirmation, we handle all bookings for accommodation, meals, and selected activities.

   • We maintain close contact to ensure everything meets your expectations.

5. Tour Day

   • The client arrives at the agreed meeting point (hotel or designated location).

   • The personalized experience begins with full support throughout the tour.
